“The science of today is the technology of tomorrow” Edward Teller

The field of Science and Technology has always been exciting for me right from the childhood. Right from my school days science and technology has fascinated me. With this interest I pursed engineering.

At my first job at job at Yokogawa I had a Global exposure, working at Abu Dhabi .It urged me to know more and more about the researches and technological advancements happening in the world. Personally, interacting with the people belonging to different cultures and traditions has helped me change the perception of viewing the world now. I feel more confident talking with people around the world, making them friends, indulging in their cultures and traditions, and also sorting out cultural differences, if any. This global exposure has actually urged me to do more; restricting to one area of study with tremendous competition around is not very helpful, and the versatility of Information is required. This influenced me to move to United States of America and pursue my masters in the field of data science.

Technology has been evolving at a very fast rate and has left me thirsting for more. The perpetual need to learn something new has motivated me to work hard and gain knowledge I the field of data science. In an ocean of data which we live in I believe in words said by Eric Schmidt “In God We Trust, but all others bring data”.
