Project 6|Big data analysis on Center for Health Systems Innovation at Oklahoma State University

        

Initially , did a lot of study on case studies from https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov.

  

Later , mapping  patients health data to find co morbidity between diseases.  maps over 200 million patients records from Cerner with Comprehensive source of de-identified, real-world, HIPAA-compliant data,  Industry’s only data set that includes comprehensive record with: pharmacy data, laboratory data,clinical events data, admission data, billing data..Used Teradata studio and Teradata aster to create network and link analysis and visualized using Teradata aster
 

While handling 200 million records , the data was divided based on age groups as(Infants, toddlers, teen ,young adults , middle age ,old and very old).based on each group co morbidity between diseases was found.
